Meet the newest addition to our instructor team, joining us all the way from Australia 🇦🇺

After four years of college tennis in America and a degree in Exercise Science, she’s recently made the move to England. She’s always loved movement and staying active, but has a particular passion for Mat & Reformer Pilates, combining strength, control and challenge in the best way!

In Zara’s classes you can expect fun music, a focus on good technique, and plenty of challenges to leave you with that post-class feeling of satisfaction and pride.

Her classes are designed to be challenging but always come with modifications, so every level is welcome! Most importantly, she wants everyone who walks into her class to feel confident and capable of achieving anything they set their mind to 🫶🏼

Favourite exercise: Nutcracker 1 & 2… or really, any abdominal exercise🔥

We can’t wait for you to meet her, she’ll be starting classes next week ✨
